Order Processing Times
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected delivery address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are based on total transit time. Delivery speed depends on several factors, including your location.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods or holidays that are outside of our control. For international orders, customs processing may also cause delays and extend delivery time beyond the estimates listed above.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our customer support team may reach out via email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at hello@tryserabeauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that timely delivery is important and we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
These may include carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, address verification issues, product availability, or payment processing delays. If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Sera Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We will, however, continue to assist and provide updates whenever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is marked as delivered but appears lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@tryserabeauty.com so we can assist you.
We recommend also contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have procedures for investigating lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and provide updates when available.
Please note that Sera Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
If the carrier is unable to locate your package, you may be advised to file a police report.
