We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return.

Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are still unhappy, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Minor packaging damage such as dented boxes does not qualify as damage if the product itself is intact.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [EMAIL] and including clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We work hard to ship orders promptly, but we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
